In S5 a Procurement Request Framework is available. In most cased just minor adoptions needs to be done to it to fulfill the requirements of different user. In each case the Procurement Request Form needs to be changed to include all the required information, the flows are modified to match with the user’s procurement process. All needed data has to be fetched to the relevant sources and so on.
